By making a commission with me, you agree to these terms and any potential consequences that may follow from breaking them.Failure to comply with these terms will result in a potential blacklist, meaning you won't be able to make any further commissions or purchase products from me.FOR COMMISSIONS
◌ Only order if you can be patient and won’t rush me. Art is no longer my full time job, I can only do it in my free time and when I have the energy for it.
◌ Don't nitpick, let me have artistic freedom unless it's about your OC's features and traits.
◌ Have a drawn reference available for your OC. (If you don't have one currently, one will be created for a custom design commission price.)
◌ Only use character designs that belong to you, refs cannot be other people’s OCs.
◌ Payment must be sent after I show you the sketch.
◌ No refunds if you cancel the order after I’ve started working on it.
◌ If you refuse to pay after the sketch, I have the rights to alter it enough to finish and sell it as a premade.
◌ Communication is key! Please don’t be rude if you are unhappy with the result, talk to me about it.
◌ No dramas, if you have any concerns please discuss it with me privately.GENERAL TOSOwnership
◌ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork done by me.
◌ Artwork cannot be claimed as your own. It can only be re-uploaded with a link to either this page or my toyhouse for credit.
◌ Please don’t claim my art as yours.
◌ No altering my artwork in any situation without permission, including using filters or removing my watermark.
◌ Artwork cannot be used commercially without my permission, please talk to me about it before ordering.
◌ By commissioning NSFW art, you’re agreeing that you are 18 or older.
Reselling/trading
◌ Reselling or trading is fine if you've owned the artwork for at least 2 months, and please make sure the new owner credits me.
◌ You can only resell for the same amount or less than, but not more than what you paid for.
◌ I won’t be doing text changes for any art over a year old. I will provide a textless version that only includes my watermark for big art as of now instead.

payment plan

Using this payment method means you have read and agreed to all of these terms.

◌ Only use this payment plan as a payment method if you are 100% sure about purchasing the art.
◌ Canceling the plan will not give you your money back, this is to avoid wasting my time with unstable plans or if people change their mind about the art, leaving me with unsold pieces.
◌ Let me know in advance which option you want to use for your payment plan.
◌ Option 1-Weekly payment: Any amount over $200 requires a 50% down payment, then a minimum of $50-$100 every week until the amount is fully paid. Feel free to pay more if you want to finish the plan faster!
◌ Option 2- Specific payment: Any amount over $200 requires a 50% down payment, then the rest on a specific date of your choice.
◌ You will only get the art after the full payment has been received.
◌ You must pay separate amount for each art you owe at the same time, not combining them to pay the minimum.
◌ Please remember to follow the plan and send payment every week, don’t wait until I message you, I would rather not have to remind you about the minimum payment each week.
◌ You can pay via PayPal invoice or Kofi. For PayPal, I will make sure the invoice lets you send multiple payments instead of paying in full. For Kofi, you can send the payment here. Remember to include your name and what the remaining amount is. (for example: Name - $100 left to pay)
◌ If you need more time or cannot afford the minimum amount one random week because of an emergency, let me know! (Do not take advantage of my leniency, I will only be okay with you missing payment once. If I see that you’re refusing to pay on purpose while spending money on other art, I will cancel your whole plan payment without refunding.)
◌ If you fail to make payments without any updates, I will have to cancel your plan without refunding.
◌ Again, using this payment method means you have read and agreed to all of these terms.♥

premade rules

Buying premades in my discord server means you have read and agreed to all of these terms.

◌ Premade WIPs will be posted in #gallery channel (as sketches usually)
◌ Finished premades will be posted in the #premades channel
◌ Cupsu or I will post the finished premades one by one with their respective threads to claim it.
◌ Write "claim" in the thread of the premade you'd like to purchase. Only claim a premade if you are 100% sure about purchasing the art.
◌ You are allowed to claim for someone else so just let us know when we message you in the private channel
◌ There's no payment plan for art below $100, but for premades only, you can pay a down payment of $50 and the rest in 1-2 days if needed! Be sure you want it because there will be no refunds if you cancel after claiming and paying the down payment.◌ You can only claim one premade per batch.◌ You can pay via PayPal invoice or Kofi. For PayPal, I will make sure the invoice lets you send multiple payments instead of paying in full. For Kofi, I will give you the link. Remember to include your name and what the remaining amount is. (for example: Name - for premade_)
